1. Approval Process: Customers are required to carefully review their order. Purchasing signifies that the customer accepts the design and specifications as accurate and complete. 

2. Customization Limitations: Any modifications requested after the template approval may incur additional fees and may not always be feasible depending on the production stage.

3. Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of our products, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. 

4.Production Timelines: Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated after template approval. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep customers informed.

5. Liability: Any errors must be reported within 48 hours of purchasing or receiving the product.
